South Jordan, Utah – May 11, 2021 – Swipeclock announces an integration between WorkforceHub, its comprehensive HR tech platform for small business, and QuickBooks Online. WorkforceHub now seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus and Advanced. The integration offers small businesses an efficient and accurate way to sync employee hours data with their QuickBooks payroll system.
“We launched WorkforceHub to solve a much-needed gap of mission-critical HR tech tailored exclusively for small business. It was a planned next step for WorkforceHub to integrate with QuickBooks, as many small businesses use QuickBooks,” explained Coleman Barney, Swipeclock, Chief Executive Officer. “This integration allows employers using QuickBooks for payroll processing to leverage WorkforceHub’s time and labor, talent and benefit solutions.”
WorkforceHub captures employee punches with a physical time clock or virtual webclock. As employees work their shifts, WorkforceHub tracks hours, PTO, overtime and meals and breaks. Additionally, with the WorkforceHub Mobile App, small businesses can easily track time for mobile employees, collect tips, track mileage and identify location of employee punches with geofencing.
At the end of the pay period, payroll managers can import hours data directly from WorkforceHub into QuickBooks Online. This eliminates the need to collect and record timecards, calculate hours or enter data manually.
WorkforceHub is unified HR tech tailored for small businesses that face “big business” workforce challenges, often with highly involved requirements. In addition to Time and Attendance, WorkforceHub offers a robust HR solution with Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Scheduling, Performance Management, Benefits Enrollment and Employee Engagement.
