The WorkforceHub solution also offers additional features, including those designed to support hiring and recruiting, performance management, accruals, and benefits enrollment.

The synced employee fields between Gusto and WorkforceHub are:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Middle initial
  • Employee ID
  • Work email (personal email if no work email included)
  • Work phone
  • Hire date
  • Termination effective date

If you aren’t currently using Gusto, you will need to set up an account and choose a plan. However, you can set up a Gusto account when setting up the integration with WorkforceHub.

As a customer, you can access the WorkforceHub Knowledge Base to find helpful resources on setting up and using the integration with Gusto more effectively. Gusto Support can also provide assistance to clients with questions about their software.

The integration was designed for WorkforceHub to be the system of record for time off. This allows employees’ vacation, sick, and holiday hours to be managed with the same system that has the timecards.

Yes, when employee information has been added or changed in Gusto, you can manually sync that information back to WorkforceHub immediately. There is also the option to turn on a recurring automatic employee data sync which runs approximately every four hours.

Yes. The export process will skip over employees who do not have hours recorded in the report.
