Yes, when employee information has been added or changed in BambooHR, you can manually sync that information back to WorkforceHub immediately. There is also the option to turn on a recurring automatic employee data sync which runs approximately every four hours.
Yes. The export process will skip over employees who do not have hours recorded in the report.
