While workforce management has never been simple, the pandemic has made it infinitely more complicated. Small businesses are desperately seeking flexible HR solutions that help them manage hybrid teams, comply with multiple layers of regulations, and support their employees. Our partners, which include payroll providers, accounting services, benefit brokers, and Professional Employment Organizations (PEOs), can provide these solutions to their small business clients.
To address the evolving small business environment, we have added some brand-new sessions–Cyber Security, for example–and updated our established content to reflect the current world of work as well as new product features.

Our theme this year is “Inspiration, Innovation, Impact.” The agenda includes 18 sessions, interactive breakout rooms, partner recognition and an Expo Hall.
In the Expo Hall, attendees can learn about product extensions, chat with their technology or payroll platform rep, or see the next generation of time clocks. Partners who visit every station can register for a chance to win a $250 gift card and a box of Swipeclock Swag!
Up Your Sales Game
Breakout sessions include “Starting the Sales Conversation,” “Understanding the Client Experience,” and “How to Sell Timekeeping Paired With Scheduling.” In addition, a panel of payroll and PEO experts will present “How to Win in Today’s Market,” which will teach attendees how to make more money, delight their clients and win against their competition by combining Swipeclock solutions with their service offerings.
