The role setup within the platform determines what is visible in the dashboard upon logging in.
- Managers can see employee activity (live punch status), any tasks that need to be addressed (missing punches, shift swaps, PTO requests), and company messages.
- Employees get a quick view of their hours and schedule, as well as a link to clock in and out via the web clock (if configured).
- Admins have instant access to a command center view without the back-and-forth between screens and sections.
Plus, it’s customizable to meet the needs of each individual user. You can add, remove, and reorder widgets to align your dashboard with what you need to work each day. The goal is to create a dashboard that reflects your workflows and business needs.
